About
Four years of paid and organic social from Kerala — clothing retail, education, trading and hospitality — for businesses that need enquiries coming in reliably. Agency side and freelance both, and freelance is where I have worked since 2022 and where I am now.
I grew up on these feeds. Not as a marketer at first — just as someone who spent a lot of time watching what made a thumb stop, and eventually got curious about why. That turned into running my first campaigns, then into four years of doing it for other people's money.
What I've learned in that time is unglamorous: most ad accounts aren't failing because of targeting or budget. They're failing because nobody is paying attention week to week, and because the business is measuring the wrong number. An account full of ₹40 leads that never answer the phone is worse than half as many at ₹120.
So I work small and close. I'd rather run a handful of accounts properly than a stack of them badly. You get me in your ad manager, not a junior working through a checklist between four other clients.
Four things I don't bend on, because every account I've fixed was broken on at least one of them.
Volume is the easiest number to fake and the least useful one to report. I care what your sales team says about the people picking up the phone.
Two campaigns on one education account, same month, near-identical budgets: one returned leads at ₹165, the other at ₹651. Running them against each other is the only reason anyone knew.
Weekly numbers in plain language — spent, came in, cost, what I'm changing. No dashboard you need me to translate.
If I don't think I can move your numbers, I'll say so before you pay me. There are businesses paid ads can't fix, and it's cheaper for both of us if I tell you early.
Who I have done this for, and what it taught me.
Meta ads and social media for clients across several niches, on budgets from a few thousand a month upward. One month it was 200+ leads in under 20 days on a ₹1,000 daily budget, 70% of which converted.
Strategy for clients in the US, UK and Africa — 15+ accounts at once, plus a team to coordinate. Supermarkets, app promotion, educational institutions.
Social media for the main brand and three sub-brands, replies and DMs included, plus influencer partnerships. Took one account from zero to 401,000 views in 30 days on reels and posting rhythm alone.
Education, clothing retail and trading accounts, paid and organic together, with monthly reporting on every one. Most of the case studies on the work page come from this year.
The tools are the boring part, but people ask.
Campaign structure, audiences, lead forms, budget scaling. Where most of my hours go.
Making sure what happens after the click is actually being recorded, so optimisation has something to work with.
Content calendars, batching and scheduling so posting doesn't depend on anyone remembering.
Foundational SEO research for the writing side — what's worth ranking for and what isn't.
Getting a page live fast so a campaign isn't waiting on a developer.
Unfashionable and clear. Spend, leads, cost per lead, week by week, in something you can read on your phone.
The paperwork, for anyone who wants it.
